Bridge over a Pond of Water Lilies 1899

Pont sur le bassin aux nymphéas · 睡莲池上的桥

A vertical version of the bridge motif, with the water and the planting filling almost the whole canvas. The bridge is a frame rather than a subject — something to look through.
