1. Production time
Prints are made to order. Rolled prints leave the shop in 2–4 business days; framed prints in 4–7 business days, because the frame is assembled and the glazing fitted after printing.
2. Delivery estimates
United States: 2–5 business days after dispatch. Canada and Mexico: 5–9 business days. Europe, UK and Australia: 7–14 business days. Rest of world: 10–21 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection can add time we cannot control.
3. Packaging
Rolled prints travel in rigid cardboard tubes with the print rolled image-side out, wrapped in acid-free tissue. Framed prints ship in a padded crate with corner protection and are marked fragile.
Keep the packaging until you have inspected the print. It is the evidence you need if a claim becomes necessary.
4. Shipping cost
Flat rate of $8.99 worldwide, free over $99. Framed prints may incur a surcharge for remote destinations, which is shown at checkout before payment.
5. Duties and taxes
Orders are shipped DDU: any import duty, VAT or handling fee is payable by the recipient. We cannot mark an order as a gift or under-declare value — that is customs fraud.
6. Restricted destinations
We ship worldwide except where carrier service is suspended or where the destination prohibits the import of printed goods of this kind. If we cannot ship to your address, the order is cancelled and refunded in full before production.
7. Address errors
Check the address before paying. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you; reshipping costs the original shipping fee again.
